New Marex office opening in Paris

This week marked the opening of the new Marex office in Paris. The office spans over 20,000 sq ft over two floors in one of Paris’ most iconic office complexes. The office is located just off the Champs-Élysées in the 8th arrondissement, in close proximity to our clients and some of our biggest competitors. With this new office Marex is clearly establishing its presence, building its profile in France and Europe.

The 5th floor combines colleagues from Capital Markets, BIP, Volcap, Solutions, Clearing, CSC and HPC/OTCex. This is just the first stage of the move, with more HPC/OTCex staff moving into the 1st floor by the end of the year. Once fully complete, the new office will combine the three previous Paris offices into one space. This will provide opportunities for co-working and collaboration professionally and socially.

The new office combines desks with spacious breakout areas, meeting pods, and rooms, all located in a building with great amenities and eateries. The office is easily reachable from the Eurostar station which makes the commute from London to Paris easier than ever. This route has been tried and tested by our committed colleagues that have been travelling back and forth, ensuring the completion of this project.
